Data collected

This website has no user accounts and no audience measurement tools. The only data we receive is the data you choose to send us, by email or through the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your message. Requests sent through the form are received and stored on our behalf by the website host, Netlify, Inc., which forwards them to us by email. Like any website, the host (Netlify, Inc.) also records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), kept for the security of the service.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries sent to us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange. If a contract is signed, it follows the length of the contract and the legal retention obligations.

Recipients

Your data is only accessible to the people handling your request, and to our technical processors strictly for their task: the website host, Netlify, Inc., which receives and stores the requests sent through the contact form on our behalf, and our email provider. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, so the data it processes on our behalf (form requests, technical logs) may be transferred there. This transfer relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to import-export@leimdi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies and third-party services

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party services: fonts, images and scripts are served from its own hosting. No audience measurement or advertising tool is installed.
